To withdraw any bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the total of the bonus amount and the deposit must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless the offer's terms specifically state otherwise.
• A bonus applies to one account only. Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts belonging to the same person will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program Terms

The vk555 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback and special benefits apply at each tier. Advancement to a higher tier is determined based on the user's overall activity. vk555 reserves the right to change any user's VIP tier for any reason.

5.1 Deposits

Approved payment methods on vk555 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — applicable for each method. Upon a successful deposit, the balance is credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval. However, additional time may be needed if a verification process is ongoing.

5.3 General Transaction Terms

6.2 Fair Play Policy
